What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity per ebike model is 20 PCs.
How long does it take to finish orders?
- For bulk orders(>= 1 Container), it usually takes 60 days.
- For custom smaller orders, it can vary from 30-50 days.
What certification do you have for ebikes?
We have EN15194 certificates
acquired from TUV Rheinland for TDN01Z-FAT and TDN05Z-FAT Folding EBIKES.
Can I custom my ebikes?
Yes, absolutely you can.
We accept custom requiremnets even on MOQ level orders. You can cusomize on:
- Frame, including shape and color
- Motor, voltage and power
- Controller, voltage, amps and power
- Battery, capacity, voltage and wattage
- Display, display material such as LED or TFT or LCD, functions like ECO mode/Sports Mode etc.
- Brake system, mechanical or hydraulic
- Lighting system, different lumen options
- Suspension, including Front fork or rear suspension, choose spring/oil/air suspension system.
- Wheels, spoked or integrated
- Tires from different brands, Kenda/CST/Innova etc.

How do you guarantee the quality of electric bicycles?
There are 3 levels of quality asssurance:
- Quality parts: we strictly use only parts from brand suppliers like Bafang motors, Kunteng(KT)/Lishui controllers, APT/Big Stone/KT displays, Kenda/Innova/CST/Vee tires, Tektro brakes and etc. Make sure the solid base of a quality ebike.
- Quality Assembly: Our workers and engineers are all seasoned and caustious, plus a standard working process, we pursuit the highest quality of assembly work.
- Inspection before delivery: After assembly is finished, we randomly pick ebikes from the ordered to test the stability and performance, including on-site test and outdoor road test, make sure they are good to go with customers.
Is there a warranty on your ebikes?
Yes, there are 1 Year warranties on our ebikes, especially on the important parts such as Frame, Motor, Controller, Display.
How long have you been in ebike industry?
Jieli Electric was founded in 2018 when the founders left their 9 to 5 job into ebike manufacturing business as startups. But our experience are more than that, Founder Mr.Chen as the head of manufacturing has more than 15 years of assembling and management experience in the e-bike field since 2008.
